If you receive them before they are sold, you can simply update their status in the "Active Tickets" under the "My Inventory" tab of your account. Tickets will be posted as available for immediate delivery, this will increase your chances of selling quickly.

Be conservative, we show consumers an estimated delivery date based on the one that you enter in this box.

If you under evaluate the date of receipt, your error may delay the delivery which might prevent the buyer to attend the show. In which case, you shall assume the costs and penalties incurred by your error.

What type of tickets is it?

Mobile transfer

"Hard" tickets

It is impossible to put your tickets on sale due to the short time frame before the event. A period of 10 days is required to ensure order processing, shipping and reception in time for the event.

Selling electronic tickets has several advantages. You can benefit from a longer period of time to sell your tickets as they will be displayed until 10 days before the event.

"Hard" tickets

It is impossible to place your hard tickets on sale due to the short time frame before the event.

However, if you have electronic tickets, you can list them now!

Mobile QR

These tickets are held in the online account where you bought them (the team, Ticketmaster, etc.). You will need to take a screenshot of tickets using a mobile device to upload them on your sale is completed.

Mobile transfer

Mobile transfer tickets are tickets that you can transfer from your online portal to the buyer. You will need a smart phone to acces the venue.

E-tickets

The electronic tickets are contained in a PDF document. This document is sent to you by email from the official ticketing company or are downloaded from the official website at the time of purchase.

Split up tickets

The seat numbers must be consecutive.

To add seats for the same event but not directly next to each others, you must repeat the process for this second set of tickets.

Keep in mind that most venues use odd and even seat numbers (ex.: 1, 3, 5, 7, etc.)
