A Devil's Din

A Devil’s Din is coming near you with Montreal progressive rock that draws equally from psychedelic pop and the wide-ranging explorations of classic rock.

The trio brings together three musicians born overseas who found one another in Montreal through a shared love of melodic, inventive and ambitious music. Their identity reflects shades of Syd Barrett and the psychedelic-era Beatles, while also recalling the adventurous spirit of Yes, Gentle Giant and King Crimson.

The group’s discography includes One Day All This Will Be Yours from 2011, Skylight from 2016, and One Hallucination Under God from 2017. The latter album features tracks including Evolution, Sea of Time, Home, Eternal Now, Where Do We Go? and Brave New World. Across these recordings, A Devil’s Din combines catchy melodies, psychedelic textures and progressive influences without being confined to one musical language. The band builds its songs around contrast, pairing accessible hooks with carefully shaped harmonies and imaginative arrangements. It is a local project that will appeal both to classic rock fans and listeners curious about contemporary psychedelic rock.
