Baboune

Baboune is a solo artist from Québec whose musical world lies at the intersection of stoner rock and hardcore punk. From the opening chords, his music demands attention: saturated guitars, pounding rhythms and vocals that scream as much as they sing, a testament to urgency, sonic weight and raw release. Each track seems propelled by a desire to shake both the audience and the very soundscape itself. On his official streaming profile, Baboune presents a strong DIY identity and a readiness to turn any venue into a collective outburst.

Rather than seek subtlety, his music opts for impact. With sharp riffs, heavy grooves and a steadfast punk spirit, Baboune appeals to listeners who want to feel the floor tremble beneath them. He’s part of the Québec alternative community, connected with stoner, sludge and hardcore scenes, and shares affinities with local bands who also thrive in raw, underground intensity. This isn’t just a show, it’s a sonic vortex, an explosion of shared energy where frenzy meets community.

Discovering Baboune means stepping into a moment of raw power, embracing the release that only live music can bring.
