Behexen

Behexen is coming to your area and is recognized as a Finnish black metal band formed in 1994 in Forssa, Finland. The group is part of the European underground black metal scene and is strongly associated with traditional black metal aesthetics and occult, satanic themed lyrical content. Over the years, Behexen has developed a distinct musical identity defined by dark compositions, aggressive structures and a dense atmospheric sound rooted in the Nordic black metal tradition. Their work is often linked to the second wave of Scandinavian black metal influences.

Behexen has released several key albums within the extreme metal scene, including Rituale Satanum (2000), By the Blessing of Satan (2004), My Soul for His Glory (2008), Nightside Emanations (2012) and The Poisonous Path (2016). These releases helped establish the band’s international reputation within black metal circles, supported by a raw production style and a consistent aesthetic focused on occult themes and intense sonic expression. The band is also associated with the broader European underground metal network, with releases distributed through specialized extreme music labels.

Behexen therefore stands as a significant act in contemporary Finnish black metal, recognized for its artistic consistency and commitment to a dark, uncompromising musical vision. Buy tickets on Tickets.ca.
