Bell Witch

Bell Witch is coming to a city near you as an American doom metal and funeral doom band known for its extremely slow, atmospheric, and emotionally intense compositions. Formed in Seattle, Washington in 2010 by bassist and vocalist Dylan Desmond and drummer and vocalist Jesse Shreibman, the band is recognized for its minimalist instrumentation, primarily built around bass and drums. This stripped down approach allows Bell Witch to create dense, immersive soundscapes that emphasize heaviness, repetition, and emotional depth.

Throughout their career, Bell Witch has become a defining name in modern doom metal through a series of ambitious and conceptual releases. Their 2015 album Four Phantoms helped establish their presence in the international metal scene, followed by the critically acclaimed Mirror Reaper in 2017, a single 83 minute composition dedicated to former member Adrian Guerra. In 2023, they released Future’s Shadow Part 1: The Clandestine Gate, an expansive work that further explores long form composition and narrative driven doom metal structures.

With their distinctive approach to extreme metal, Bell Witch occupies a central position within the contemporary doom and funeral doom landscape. Their music is known for its emotional weight, extreme pacing, and immersive sonic environments that push the boundaries of heaviness and minimalism. Get your tickets now at Tickets.ca.
