Bob Vylan

Bob Vylan is coming to a venue near you, bringing a powerful and innovative blend of grime and punk rock to fans of politically charged alternative music. Formed in London, England, in 2017 by vocalist Bobby Vylan and drummer Bobb1e Vylan, this independent British duo has rapidly ascended to become one of the most vital voices in the modern music landscape. By seamlessly merging the raw energy of punk with the sharp lyrical delivery of hip-hop and grime, the group addresses pressing contemporary social issues such as institutional racism, systemic inequality, and working-class struggles.

The duo’s career trajectory is defined by a fierce commitment to artistic independence. Following the release of their breakthrough album We Live Here in 2020, the band achieved a historic milestone with their sophomore record, Bob Vylan Presents the Price of Life, in 2022. Released entirely on their own independent record label, Ghost Theatre, the album successfully entered the top 20 of the UK Albums Chart. This incredible achievement was further solidified when they won the inaugural award for Best Alternative Music Act at the prestigious MOBO Awards, officially confirming their profound impact on the industry.

The group continued their creative momentum with the release of their highly acclaimed album Humble as the Sun in 2024, a record that balances urgent social commentary with themes of personal resilience and spiritual growth. By successfully navigating the music industry completely on their own terms, they have set a new standard for independent artists globally. Celebrated for their uncompromising integrity and genre-defying sonic palette, they remain a groundbreaking force in contemporary alternative music.
