CALIENTE! The heat of Latin music at the heart of winter transforms the Studio-Cabaret of Espace St-Denis into a vibrant plaza where the fiesta never stops. CALIENTE! is the dinner-show that melts away the cold season, a Latin-flavoured celebration blending gastronomy, panoramic projections, and fiery performances for an irresistible winter escape. A festive, gourmet evening served with unlimited energy.

On stage, Franck Gomez, Noderlis Valdes and Andy Rubal join forces with their musicians and the dancers of Jhaime Vega and Alliance Dance Company. The result is a whirlwind of southern rhythms: salsa, cha-cha, merengue, bolero, mambo and bachata. From Chan Chan to Guantanamera, from Suavemente to Danza Kuduro, each tableau transports the audience to a colourful new destination. Artistic direction and staging are by Vincent Egret, musical direction by Andy Rubal, and electrifying choreography by Jhaime Vega.

Thanks to Pierre Raiche’s 360-degree projections and Martin Boisclair’s lighting, the show plunges spectators into a dazzling sensory voyage: the streets of Havana, Caribbean beaches, the salsa clubs of New York. A true explosion of energy, colour and shared joy.

To extend the celebration, Le Molière restaurant offers a Latin–Caribbean menu served family-style: empanadas, quesadillas, spiced grilled meats, fragrant rice and dulce-de-leche sweets, paired with iconic cocktails like mojitos, caipirinhas and piña coladas for a complete sensory immersion.
