Caribou Run is coming to a venue near you, bringing a warm and authentic musical experience to fans of folk and roots rock music.

Hailing from the South Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada, this talented group has carved out a distinct and respected space within the East Coast musical landscape through their rich and vibrant compositions. Formed by a collective of passionate musicians, the band delivers a skillful fusion of traditional folk, indie rock, and Americana. Their unique sonic signature is defined by meticulous instrumental arrangements that incorporate acoustic guitar, mandolin, brass elements, and precise multi-part vocal harmonies.

The band’s studio recording career achieved a significant milestone with the release of their debut full-length album, titled Something’s Grounded, in 2016. This inaugural record immediately captured the attention of specialized music critics and regional listeners, laying a solid foundation for their storytelling approach and maritime roots. They continued their creative momentum a few years later with the highly anticipated launch of the album Old Bird in 2019, further solidifying their reputation as detailed songwriters and exceptional arrangers.

The group’s musical achievements have been recognized across Eastern Canada, earning them notable nominations at the Music Nova Scotia Awards and the East Coast Music Awards (ECMA). Their recorded tracks, ranging from driving up-tempo rhythms to introspective acoustic ballads, perfectly illustrate the contemporary vitality of maritime roots music. By blending a deep respect for traditional folk foundations with a modern alternative sensibility, the formation remains an essential touchstone for listeners who appreciate refined acoustic creations.
