Chet Faker

Chet Faker is the globally celebrated Australian singer, songwriter and producer whose music is defined by a distinct blend of electro-soul, downtempo R&B and jazzy electronica. Born Nicholas Murphy, he chose the moniker as an homage to the fragile, intimate vocal style of jazz legend Chet Baker.

Faker first rose to prominence with his viral cover of Blackstreet's 'No Diggity', setting the stage for a career built on meticulous production and soulful delivery. His platinum-selling debut album, 'Built on Glass', was a commercial and critical masterpiece, cementing his status as a world-class talent.

The catalogue is rich with emotionally resonant and rhythmically complex songs. Iconic tracks like 'Talk Is Cheap', the collaboration with Flume on 'Drop The Game' and the smooth anthem 'Gold' showcase his mastery of fusing analogue soul with digital soundscapes. On stage, Chet Faker delivers an immersive and highly dynamic performance. His shows are a captivating experience that highlights his powerful, emotive vocals and his technical skill with live looping and instrumentation.
