Coldplay Experience is coming near you with a tribute to the songs that made Coldplay one of the most popular bands of its generation.
Formed in Toronto in 2025, the group explores the catalogue created by Chris Martin and his bandmates. Fans can reconnect with music that has followed Coldplay’s evolution since the 2000s.
The repertoire includes favourites such as Yellow, Clocks, The Scientist, Fix You, Paradise, Viva la Vida and A Sky Full of Stars. Newer songs, including Higher Power, appear alongside material from early albums such as Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head. This selection highlights Coldplay’s ability to move from alternative rock toward expansive pop while maintaining a recognizable melodic identity.
Coldplay Experience is led by Derek Lathrop, a musician with more than 30 years of experience in tribute groups. The project brings together players committed to honouring the sound and spirit of the British quartet. For admirers, the production offers a journey through more than two decades of music and a chance to revisit melodies connected to different chapters of their lives. Coldplay Experience is an independent tribute and is not affiliated with Coldplay.
