Covet

Covet is coming to a venue near you with an elegant blend of math rock, instrumental rock, and post rock. Formed in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014, the band is led by guitarist Yvette Young, whose innovative finger-tapping techniques and open tunings have made her one of the most respected players in modern guitar music. Covet quickly earned recognition for combining technical precision with memorable melodies and expressive instrumental songwriting.

Following the release of its self-titled EP in 2014, the band released the albums Effloresce in 2018, Technicolor in 2020, and Catharsis in 2023. Popular songs include Shibuya, Sea Dragon, Falkor, Nero, and Bronco. Alongside its studio releases, Covet has toured internationally and become one of the leading names in contemporary math rock, inspiring a new generation of musicians through Yvette Young's distinctive guitar style.
