Datsunn is coming to a venue near you, representing a Canadian producer and artist known for blending hip-hop, soul, jazz and modern electronic textures. Based in Windsor, Ontario, he has built an independent musical identity centered on production, sampling and the creation of rich, atmospheric soundscapes.

Datsunn is part of a contemporary music scene where the boundaries between hip-hop, lo-fi, jazz-hop and R&B are increasingly fluid. His work often focuses on instrumental compositions and creative reinterpretations of existing tracks, including remixes and “flips” that reimagine soul and R&B songs in a modern, experimental production context. This approach reflects a broader DIY production culture that is highly present in today’s independent hip-hop and electronic music communities.

His catalog, primarily released through digital platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud and Bandcamp, showcases a prolific and diverse output ranging from short atmospheric pieces to more structured compositions. His sound draws from alternative hip-hop production styles, emphasizing groove, texture and musical layering to create a cohesive sonic identity.
