Festivals and multi-stage events

For festivals, multi-site events, or events presented across multiple stages or multiple days, the cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of a specific performance, artist, group, activity, or programming element generally does not qualify for a refund or credit.

These events are considered as a whole. As such, even if certain performances are cancelled or modified, tickets generally remain valid for the event.
