Outdoor event weather and event modification policy

What happens in the event of bad weather or changes to an outdoor event?

Outdoor events are generally held rain or shine.

Due to weather, technical, operational, or safety considerations, the event organizer may, without prior notice:

• modify the event schedule;
• delay the start of an event;
• modify the event programming;
• relocate certain activities;
• temporarily interrupt a performance;
• shorten or end an event.

These situations generally do not qualify for a refund or credit.

The same conditions may apply in the event of programming changes or the cancellation of an announced artist, performer, player, team, or participant.
