Outdoor sporting events

For certain outdoor sporting events, including the Canadian Grand Prix and events held in open-air stadiums, special organizer policies may apply.

For example:

• an event may be considered complete after a minimum amount of play has occurred;
• tickets may remain valid for a rescheduled or makeup session;
• certain sessions may be excluded from any refund or credit eligibility.

Applicable conditions vary according to the event organizer's policies.

National Bank Open — special conditions

For National Bank Open sessions, special conditions established by the event organizer apply.

The organizer may, without prior notice:

• modify match schedules;
• change session dates;
• modify the number of matches presented;
• delay the start of matches; or
• modify the overall session schedule.

These changes do not qualify for a refund or credit.

When is a session considered complete?

A session is considered complete once a match has been completed or when a minimum of 90 minutes of play has occurred.

In such cases, no refund, purchase cancellation, or credit will be granted, even if the session is subsequently interrupted due to weather, technical, or safety-related reasons.

What happens if a session is cancelled before 90 minutes of play?

If a session is cancelled before a match is completed or before the minimum 90 minutes of play has been reached, whether due to weather or any other circumstance beyond our control, certain individual sessions may be eligible for a Tickets.ca credit applicable toward a future purchase.

Subject to availability, the credit may also remain valid for a future edition of the tournament or for any other eligible purchase made through Tickets.ca.

Special conditions for Sessions 13, 14, and 15

If Sessions 13, 14, or 15 are cancelled, tickets will remain valid only for the makeup session designated by the event organizer.

No refund or credit will be issued unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
