Certain restrictions and special conditions must be clearly disclosed, including:

• Tickets with age restrictions (e.g., 18+ events) must be clearly identified;
• Any important information that may affect the use of the tickets must be disclosed to avoid confusion for the buyer.

Please note that:

• Children’s tickets are not accepted on Tickets.ca;
• Tickets designated for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) or accessible seating areas are not accepted on Tickets.ca;
