Why can't I display my tickets immediately?

Tickets cannot be listed for sale before the official on-sale date determined by the event organizer.

If you have tickets obtained through a presale, you can still add them to your inventory. On the official on-sale date on our website, your tickets will automatically become available to our customers without any further action required from you, provided that your seller verification has been completed.

Please note that your tickets will not be visible to the public until the seller verification process has been finalized.
