What do I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Tickets.ca is in no way responsible for lost or stolen tickets. We strongly recommend that our customers protect their tickets in the same way they would protect cash or other personal belongings.

Our purchasing conditions specify that “lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances”. It is possible to attempt to have them reprinted, but we cannot guarantee this. Once purchased and delivered, all tickets become the purchaser's exclusive responsibility.

Physical tickets

Tickets.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Once purchased and delivered, tickets become your sole responsibility, and we recommend that you keep them in a safe place.

E-tickets or mobile tickets

We reserve the right to resend lost or stolen tickets. Please contact our customer service department.
