Josh Baker

Josh Baker is coming near you with an electronic music approach shaped by Manchester’s underground culture.

A DJ, producer, and founder of several music projects, he has developed a sound rooted in house, minimal house, and deep tech, combining driving basslines, precise rhythms, vocal hooks, and classic influences from across the genre.

His path began during his teenage years after discovering Manchester’s clubs and electronic music community. In 2015, he founded You&Me, an event series that became an established platform in his hometown before expanding to other parts of the United Kingdom and Ibiza. The project later led to You&Me Records, a label through which Baker releases music and supports contemporary electronic artists.

His catalogue includes Back It Up, Jam Is Pumping, Something To Me, Work It Out, and You Don’t Own Me featuring RAHH. In 2025, he also launched Baker’s Dozen, a new record label introduced with Back It Up. Josh Baker contributes to emerging talent through SYNTHO, an initiative focused on teaching music production and sharing creative knowledge. His steady growth as a producer, curator, and entrepreneur reflects his increasing influence within contemporary British house music.
