Le Duplex

Le Duplex is an irresistible comedy where real estate ambition turns into a true battlefield. The story follows the Bergerons, comfortably settled on the top floor, who harbor a specific dream: to take over the apartment of their neighbors below, the friendly Tessiers, to create a sumptuous two-story home. The only problem? The Tessiers are happy where they are and have no intention of moving.

Faced with this refusal, the Bergerons decide to pull out all the stops to achieve their ends. What follows is an escalation of twisted plans, dubious schemes, and zany strategies to make their friends crack. This succession of delightful misunderstandings will put the friendship of the two couples... and the soundproofing of the walls... to the test! Prepare for an evening of guaranteed laughter in front of this merciless neighborhood war.
