Lizzy McAlpine

Lizzy McAlpine is coming to a venue near you, backed by intimate folk-pop songwriting and a catalogue that has established her as a distinctive voice in contemporary American music.

A singer, songwriter, and musician, she creates songs in which everyday details explore love, grief, change, and relationships. Her debut album Give Me A Minute was followed by five seconds flat, the project that greatly expanded her audience through Ceilings. The ballad became a viral hit and marked her first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100.

With Older, Lizzy McAlpine further developed her craft as a songwriter through more stripped-back and personal stories. The album includes The Elevator, Drunk, Running, Broken Glass, March, and the title track Older. She later released Older (and Wiser), which extends that body of work.

Her fourth album, Angel, confirms a move toward more acoustic, folk-minded arrangements. Its songs include The Light in the Painting, Ugly Things, Peach, The Moon, and Soldier of the Road featuring Fleet Foxes. From Give Me A Minute to Angel, Lizzy McAlpine has built a catalogue defined by evocative storytelling and emotional precision.
