Loverboy is a Canadian rock band from Calgary, Alberta, formed in the late 1970s. They quickly made their mark with anthems like Turn Me Loose and Working for the Weekend, songs that continue to define classic rock radio across North America.
In the early 1980s, the band reached peak success with their self-titled debut and the blockbuster album Get Lucky (1981), backed by sold-out tours and a dynamic live presence. With millions of albums sold and numerous awards, Loverboy cemented its place among Canada’s most iconic rock acts, standing proudly alongside bands like Rush and Triumph.
More than forty years later, Loverboy remains an undeniable force on stage, bringing timeless hits to life with the same fire and authenticity that built their legacy.
