múm

múm will transport you into a dreamlike and delicate sonic universe, where electronics intertwine with acoustic instruments to create enchanting, poetic soundscapes.

This Icelandic collective, formed in the late 90s, is celebrated for its avant-garde approach and ethereally fragile melodies, often enhanced by whispered vocals and sounds from everyday objects. Their compositions, imbued with childlike innocence and gentle melancholy, explore themes of nature, fairytales, and inner journeys. Iconic albums like Finally We Are No One and Go Go Smear the Poison Ivy demonstrate their ability to construct unique sonic worlds that are both intimate and expansive. Expect an immersive live performance, a visual and auditory experience that invites contemplation and wonder, leaving you cradled by the magic of their music.
