Of Monsters And Men

Of Monsters And Men is an Icelandic band that rose to global fame in 2011 with the breakout hit Little Talks. Formed in Reykjavik, the group blends indie pop and folk rock into sweeping, cinematic soundscapes filled with emotional depth and atmospheric energy. Their debut album My Head Is an Animal topped charts in multiple countries and established them as one of the most exciting new voices in alternative music.

Known for their rich vocal harmonies, anthemic choruses and poetic songwriting, Of Monsters And Men have since released two more critically acclaimed albums: Beneath the Skin and Fever Dream. These records showcase a shift toward a more electronic and introspective sound, while still retaining the band’s signature blend of haunting melodies and Nordic beauty.

Live, the band delivers an immersive experience, guided by the powerful presence of lead vocalist Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir. Their shows are emotional journeys that move from quiet intimacy to explosive moments of pure energy.
