Vana

Vana, born Yvonne Winckel, is an independent dark pop artist originally from Anaheim, California, now based in Auckland, New Zealand. With her red hair and bold aesthetic, she crafts a distinctive sound blending metalcore, dark trap, synthpop and emo-infused pop. A self-taught musician, Vana began her music journey on clarinet and quickly moved to guitar, widely recognized for her SpongeBob-themed guitar covers that went viral.

Her breakout single 'Beg!' amassed millions of streams, paving the way for her EP Trial and Terror, which received praise for its seamless fusion of heavy breakdowns and pop hooks. Active on TikTok, Twitch and Instagram, she has built a devoted fanbase within LGBTQ+ and feminist communities, using her platform to share unfiltered artistic expression.

Vana's live performances are immersive experiences — her vocals shift from sweet and childlike to raw and intense, backed by gritty bass and roaring guitar, delivering a powerful, unmissable spectacle.
