The Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheatre, an open-air venue in Joliette, offers unparalleled experiences when performances are held there.
The acoustics of this amphitheater are exceptional, and its natural setting is truly charming. The Lanaudiere Festival hosts numerous recitals of musical ensembles, orchestras, and soloists here every year.
Located near Joliette, the former "Lanaudiere Amphitheatre" was renamed in 2010 in memory of Father Fernand Lindsay, the founder of the Lanaudiere Festival and the youth music camp.
The Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheatre can accommodate 2,000 people under its covered section and up to 8,000 spectators including its lawn area.
