The Shenkman Arts Centre, located in Orléans in East Ottawa, is a bilingual and multidisciplinary cultural hub that brings together performing arts, visual arts, and media arts under one roof. It serves as a vibrant creative space where artists and audiences connect and collaborate.
Among its facilities, the Harold Shenkman Hall stands out with 500 seats and state-of-the-art technical capabilities, offering professional performances in a comfortable setting. The centre also features galleries, studios, and learning spaces.
Hosting over 200 events per season, its diverse programming includes theatre, music, dance, and exhibitions. It showcases both francophone productions presented by MIFO and English-language performances, enriching the cultural life of the Ottawa region.
