Maison de la culture Maisonneuve
The Maison de la culture Maisonneuve, located in Montreal, is a dynamic cultural centre offering a varied program throughout the year. Housed in a former fire station built in 1907, it offers shows, film screenings, conferences, readings, exhibitions and various events.
It has a 250-seat multifunctional room, exhibition rooms and a multipurpose studio. A work by artist Eduardo Aquino, celebrating the life and transformation of the neighbourhood, is erected in front of the building.
The Maison de la culture Maisonneuve is part of the Accès culture network, which aims to make culture accessible to all citizens of Montreal. It also obtained the Bronze Eco-Responsible Scene accreditation in 2022, highlighting its commitment to sustainable development.
