Société Arts et Culture de St-Placide

The Société Arts et Culture de Saint-Placide is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts in the municipality of Saint-Placide, located in Quebec’s Laurentians region. Since its founding in 1998, it has become a key player in the local cultural scene, offering a rich and accessible year-round program.

The organization presents its events across three unique venues: a 269-seat church with outstanding acoustics, a modern cultural centre with a lakeside terrace, and a natural outdoor amphitheatre in Adélaïde-Paquette Park. These diverse spaces allow for a wide range of artistic experiences in both intimate and open-air settings.

Through concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and seasonal festivals. The SAC actively contributes to the cultural vitality of the community, supported by a team of dedicated volunteers.
