Théâtre Mainline
The MainLine Theatre was an independent performance venue located on Saint-Laurent Boulevard in Montreal.
Opened in 2005, this versatile space was known for its eclectic programming, which included theatre, comedy shows, concerts, multidisciplinary performances and festivals, notably the Montreal Fringe Festival. With a capacity of approximately 100 seats, it offered an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that encouraged interaction between performers and audiences.
The MainLine Theatre closed its doors on June 30, 2025, following the final edition of the Fringe Festival held in that space. The organizing team remains active and is looking for a new location to continue its cultural activities.
