Will Dempsey is coming near you with contemporary country music rooted in lived experience.
Before committing himself to music, the American singer-songwriter worked for nearly fifteen years in the chemical plant industry. A spontaneous video with his son went viral and introduced him to a wide audience. That path informs songwriting grounded in work, family, love, grief, and memory.
Will Dempsey has more than five million social media followers and over 180 million total streams. His debut album, The Man You See in Me, brings together songs about identity, legacy, love, and the person he strives to be for those close to him. It includes Made For, Beat You There, Tequila, Addicted, Mississippi Mud, Best Parts of Me, Moments into Memories, Takes Me Back, and Louisiana Saturday Night. His catalogue also includes the originals Wildfire & Whiskey, One More Cast, Last Single Thing, Carry the Weight, Other Than You, and Hunting Lightning. He has also recorded covers of Faithfully, Red Dirt Road, Colder Weather, Hurricane, Anymore, and Simple Man. With an approach that favours personal stories and country rock, Will Dempsey turns his journey into direct, accessible songs.
