Blonder

Blonder is coming near you with the musical project of Long Island native Constantine Anastasakis.

After college, he taught himself guitar and Ableton software, then began writing songs while recovering from a bicycle accident. That path led to Blonder, a project that mixes classic post-punk, bright synth pop and contemporary indie rock. His music sits within the American alternative landscape while maintaining an identity focused on songwriting and production.

Blonder released the singles Lean and Talk to Me in 2016, followed by In and Out in 2017. All three songs appeared on his debut EP, $5, released in June 2017 through 300 Entertainment. The project has also involved production assistance from Aaron Maine of Porches and Waylon Rector of Talk in Tongues. Other key Blonder tracks include Just Because, BB Song and Swimming. His catalogue expanded with the Crystal Ball EP in 2020, followed by the D.C.T. and Ice Cream Girl EPs in 2023.

That same year, Blonder released the album Knoxville House, which includes Mama, Paradigm and Junk. Discover Blonder and his alternative musical world now. Buy your tickets on Tickets.ca.
