Guadalupe

Guadalupe, a key municipality in the Monterrey metropolitan area, is home to a monument of Mexican football and a hub for large-scale events. Its centerpiece is the Estadio BBVA, nicknamed "El Gigante de Acero" (The Steel Giant). This modern, architecturally distinctive stadium is the proud home of the C.F. Monterrey Rayados. Opened in 2015, it is one of Mexico's most advanced venues and is scheduled to host matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Beyond football, Guadalupe hosts major regional cultural events like the annual Guadalupe Expo (Exposición Ganadera Regional), which features the Domo Care, a popular venue for concerts by major Latin artists. Though technically located just across the border in Monterrey, the Arena Monterrey also serves the entire region, regularly hosting world-class concerts, family shows, and sports, rounding out Guadalupe's strong event scene.
