No returns, credits, or refunds will be issued for all ticket purchases that have been lost, stolen or destroyed.

No returns, credits, or refunds will be granted in the event of interruption of a show in progress for technical, climatic or security reasons. The same conditions apply in the event of cancellation by one of the performers listed on a festival program.

If a festival is cancelled altogether, there's no need to contact us. A refund confirmation will automatically be sent to buyers by e-mail.
