Outdoor sporting events

No exchange or credit will be granted in the event of changes to one or more players/ teams or the interruption of events in progress for technical, climatic or safety reasons.

In the event of a rescheduling, we will notify purchasers by e-mail of the changes made to their event. Unless otherwise specified, original tickets will be valid for the new date.

If the event is postponed, it is possible to request a credit or refund up to 30 days before the new date. *The request can only be made once the new date has been confirmed.

In the event of cancellation, there's no need to contact us. A refund confirmation will automatically be e-mailed to buyers.
