Night of the Living Drag

Night of the Living Drag is a themed tour that brings together drag, comedy, and the world of 1980s horror films.

Produced by Voss Events, this Camp Never Dies edition uses the fictional setting of Camp Slayaway. Its concept draws on the codes of the 1980s slasher, with references to neon lights, big hair, sharp shoulders, aerobics, acid wash denim, and masked horror characters. The story is hosted by Violet Chachki, who recounts how the camp's queens met gruesome ends before returning to this fictional universe.

The announced lineup includes Violet Chachki, Laganja Estranja, Jaida Essence Hall, Raja, Nicole Paige Brooks, and Salina EsTitties. These artists are part of the contemporary drag landscape, and several are known to audiences from RuPaul's Drag Race. Night of the Living Drag is part of the Voss Events program, from the American company behind drag tours and events featuring artists connected to the Drag Race franchise.

Blending deliberately offbeat horror, dark comedy, and retro style, Night of the Living Drag offers a drag reimagining of the slasher genre.
