Starbomb is coming near you with a musical comedy project that brings together hip-hop, rock, synth-pop, and video game culture.

The American trio unites Dan Avidan and Brian Wecht of Ninja Sex Party with Arin Hanson, the web personality known as Egoraptor. All three are also associated with the web series Game Grumps. Avidan provides sung vocals, Hanson handles the rap parts, and Wecht is responsible for instruments, programming, and production.

Starbomb’s songs humorously reimagine video game worlds and characters. The group has released the albums Starbomb, Player Select, The TryForce, and Starbomb Boom: Rise of Lyrics. Its debut album reached number one on Billboard’s Comedy Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts. Player Select also topped the Comedy Albums chart, while The TryForce appeared on the Billboard 200 and reached number one on the Top Comedy Albums chart. Songs associated with Starbomb include Luigi’s Ballad, It’s Dangerous to Go Alone, The Simple Plot of Metal Gear Solid, Regretroid, Blowing the Payload, A Boy and His Boat, Welcome to the Mario Party, Filling in the Name Of, Pokémon Smash or Pass, and Kiss the Elden Ring.
