Camion Bazar

Camion Bazar is coming to a venue near you with an exhilarating musical experience that blends house, techno, electro, breakbeat, psychedelic rock, and rave culture into a vibrant and unconventional artistic vision. Based in Paris, the duo is made up of Italian artist Benedetta and French DJ and producer Romain Play. After building successful individual careers behind the decks, they joined forces to create Camion Bazar, a project that combines adventurous DJ performances with imaginative event production, visual staging, and original electronic music. Drawing inspiration from artists as diverse as Aphex Twin, David Bowie, Frank Zappa, Serge Gainsbourg, Beck, and Supertramp, the duo has developed an eclectic style focused on musical discovery, spontaneity, and creating unforgettable dancefloor experiences.

Over the years, Camion Bazar has become one of France's most recognizable electronic music duos through its vinyl-driven DJ sets, marathon performances, and immersive productions. Its catalogue includes the EPs Honeymoon 20, Darkmoon 20, Alteration, Tension Dimension, and Sangue, along with tracks such as Beow, YLB, 1319 Acai, Parallel Processing, No Flag, and Nina. In 2023, the duo expanded its artistic vision by launching the live audiovisual show Alteration, combining electronic music with influences from rock, house, techno, and punk to create a performance that bridges the gap between a DJ set and a live concert.

Alongside extensive touring across Europe, Camion Bazar has become known as an event curator, a resident act on Rinse France, and the founder of the Enemy Dance label. The duo has performed at renowned festivals and clubs including Nuits Sonores, Fusion Festival, Rex Club, Château Perché, and La Station, earning a reputation for unpredictable performances and a close connection with audiences. Through fearless creativity, genre-defying productions, and an enduring passion for electronic music culture, Camion Bazar continues to establish itself as one of the most distinctive and innovative acts on today's European electronic scene.
