Cancelled, postponed or delayed event
In the event of a rescheduled or changed event, we will notify purchasers by e-mail of the changes made to the event. Unless otherwise specified, the original tickets will be valid for the new date.
If the event is postponed, it is possible to request a credit or refund up to 30 days before the new date. *This request can only be made once the new date has been confirmed.
In the event of cancellation, there is no need to contact us. A refund confirmation will be automatically e-mailed to all buyers.
