My tickets have been sold, what happens next?
First, be sure to add sellers@tickets.ca to your e-mail contact list to ensure that you receive all the communications necessary to complete your sale.
Cardboard tickets, passes, and wristbands
Caution! Please wait before completing your sale if:
- You have not received the physical tickets.
- You are unable to mail physical tickets a maximum of 48 hours after completing your sale.
You will automatically receive your payment 10 business days after the event.
E-tickets
No action is required on your part. The tickets are sent directly to the buyer by e-mail.
You will automatically receive your payment 10 business days after the event.
Mobile transfer
Caution! Please wait before completing your sale if:
- The transfer option is not available for your tickets in the issuing box office account.
