How do I change the payment method for tickets already on sale or inactive?

As long as the tickets are not sold, it is possible to change your payment method by following these steps:

  1. Make sure that the payment method you wish to use is configured in your profile, under the “Payment methods” tab.
  2. Click on “My inventory” from the main menu bar.
  3. Click on the “Tickets on sale” or “Inactive tickets” tab.
  4. Locate the tickets for which you wish to change the payment method and click on the number in the “ID” column.
  5. Select the desired payment method in the yellow “You will receive” box on the right-hand side of the screen.
  6. Click on the “Save” button.

If you wish to change the payment method for tickets that have already been sold, please contact our Seller support.
