The Montreal Impact played a strong game against the Islanders of Puerto Rico but was unable to achieve victory.
John Krause, of the Islanders, was the only one to register the score in the 37th minute of the game costing the match for the Impacts.
Joey Gjertzen, of the Montreal Impact, was very close to scoring twice but the Islanders goalkeeper Bill Gaudette decided otherwise.
The impact is now tied with the Vancouver Whitecaps in sixth place in the classification of the USL, while the Miami FC Blues is just a point behind.
