The weekly newspaper, Voir, reports that Rufus Wainwright is preparing a
"solo acoustic" album that could emerge in stores in the early part of 2010.
His solo concert at the Osheaga Festival on 2 August will allow fans to have
a glimpse of the new approach taken by Rufus Wainwright. The Montreal artist
would also present some new songs in his performance at Osheaga.
Remember that Rufus Wainwright's will present his French opera in Manchester
this summer. Entitled Prima Donna, the new opera will be presented in
Toronto in 2010.
Rufus Wainwright will also released a new CD / DVD entitled Live At Last in
Milwaukee next fall.
