The race car driver, Quebecer Alexandre Tagliani, joins the impressive list of drivers that will participate in the NAPA Auto Parts 200, this race of the Nascar Nationwide series will be presented at the Gilles-Villeneuve Circuit in Montreal on August 29 and 30.
Victorious in the CART/Champ Car test at Road America in 2004 as well as NASCAR Canadian Tire race in Edmonton in 2008, the one called "Tag" had a distinguished career in Formula Atlantic and Champ Car, before making the jump to NASCAR.
Alexandre Tagliani participated in the last two NASCAR Canadian Tire events in Montreal, but had to withdraw each time due to technical breakdowns.
