The revenge fight between Lucian Bute and Librado Andrade for the belt of
mid-weight of the IBF will indeed happen, but unfortunately not in Montreal.
It is the American promoter Golden Boy Promotions, owned by Oscar de la
Hoya, who won the tender at the expense of the Interbox group, who wish that
the fight took place in Montreal.
According to what was relate on RDS, the battle between the two gladiators
will occur within the next 90 days, and could find itself in the sub-map of
the gala in Las Vegas in September.
Remember that Lucian Bute has barely retained his belt in a controversial
defense facing Andrade in October 2008, at the Bell Center. Saved by the
bell, Bute won the fight by unanimous decision of the judges.
