The landscape of the Montreal Alouettes starting to materialize. Ten players
including linebacker Reggie Hunt, quarterback Brad Banks and slot back SJ
Green learned that they will not be part of the team this season.
In contrast, young talents such as linebacker Shea Emry and quarterback
Adrian McPherson will wear the red sweater and blue this summer. Until
recently, McPherson and Banks were disputing the position of quarterback
number 2 in relaying Anthony Calvillo, but the two best performances in
matches of McPherson in the preseason’s have been sufficient to convince
the staff of the Alouettes to trust him.
We also learned last Wednesday that the centers and rear centers Quebecer
Luc Brodeur-Jourdain and Martin Bédard would continue their career with the
Montreal Alouettes
