According to several official sources, Montreal Canadiens defenseman Josh Gorges will travel with his team when the Habs get to Philadelphia to face the Flyers tomorrow night
Gorges could even suit up and play less than 48 hours after suffering a scary-looking injury.
Josh Gorges was hit in the head by a powerful slap shot from defenseman Mike Green during last night's game opposing the Montreal Canadiens to the Washington Capitals:
Josh Gorges left the ice with 10 seconds to go in the first period and did not come back at all during the game.
The impact of the shot was enough to rip the visor loose on his helmet and caused massive bleeding behind Gorges' right ear.
