Rihanna and Kanye West are participating to the new single by Jay-Z

Jay-Z has launched his first sample from his next album on his MySpace.
Entitled Run This Town, this new song by Jay-Z relies on the participation
of Kanye West and Rihanna.
 
The release of the new album by Jay-Z is scheduled for September 11, 2009.
Entitled, The Blueprint 3, the eleventh album by Jay-Z will follow The
Blueprint (released 8 years from this day before The Blueprint 3) and The
Blueprint 2: The Gift and the Curse (2002).
 
This will be the first album by Jay-Z with the Atlantic Records label after
a long association with the label Def Jam. Timbaland will sign the
production of the album.
