Strokes frontman in Montreal in April

Fans of The Strokes frustrated by the band's 4-year hiatus might be interested to know that frontman Julian Casablancas is coming to Montreal on April 1st, 2010, for a solo show at Le National.

Casablancas will be performing songs from his first solo album Phrazes for the Young, which was released in November 2009.

As for the band, who haven't played together on a stage since their 2006 tour, rumours are still circulating concerning an imminent comeback. Patience, Strokes fans!
